VSM TOWING & RECOVERY LLC provides towing, roadside assistance, and vehicle transportation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from Louisville, Kentucky. Roadside assistance includes jump-starts, vehicle lockouts, tire changes, fuel delivery, and winch services. Whether we can help with a particular vehicle or location, the price, the equipment required, and the estimated arrival time are confirmed by VSM Towing when you request service and depend on the vehicle, the location, the work involved, and current availability.

2. Use of This Website

This website provides information about VSM Towing and ways to contact us. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes, such as requesting towing, roadside assistance, or vehicle transportation, and to provide accurate and truthful details about your vehicle, location, and contact information.

3. Calls, Chat & Text Messages (SMS)

You represent and warrant that you are the registered owner of the vehicle or are legally authorized by the owner to request towing, roadside service, or vehicle transportation. VSM TOWING & RECOVERY LLC exercises professional care in handling all vehicles; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, undisclosed mechanical defects, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VSM TOWING & RECOVERY LLC and its members, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or the provision of services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
